Run for the Roses

On the first Saturday in May, The Creech Crew’s (Alex and Amanda) annual Kentucky Derby party transforms GROM in Jax Beach, into a vibrant festival of fun and elegance. Guests arrived donning their finest derby hats and bow ties, adding a colorful flair to the rustic setting. The air filled with the joyous sounds of laughter as friends chatted, placed their bets, and enjoyed a few beverages. Attendees eagerly donned oversized hats, striking poses at the photo booth, while others cheered for their favorite horses in the race. The combination of cheer, adventure, and a touch of nostalgia created a festive atmosphere that lingered long after the last race concluded.

The centerpiece of the celebration was a beautifully handcrafted birch wood photo booth from Bokeh & Birch, perfectly aligned with the boho-chic theme. With its elegant design and modern features, the photo booth became an instant hit, capturing smiles, laughter, and countless memories.

The laughter and chatter continued into the evening, wrapping the party in a warm, joyful glow. Alex and Amanda’s Kentucky Derby party not only celebrated the thrill of horse racing but also highlighted the joy of friendship and community, proving once again that their gathering was an event not to be missed.
